Latoya Adams, Yoga Teacher
Hi, I’m Latoya. I teach yoga and Pilates. I was born and raised in an Army family and lived in Germany until I was a teenager. My family moved to Texas in 2001.
After college, I became increasingly interested in health, fitness and wellbeing. I stumbled upon yoga looking for an easy way to tone up and trim down. I was hooked from the beginning. I went to Bikram Yoga Teacher training in the spring of 2012, later I studied Power Yoga in the Open Hand Institute. I jumped into Inferno Hot Pilates, and recently I became certified to teach Mat Pilates. I’m motivated by impacting people’s lives and I believe life’s toughest challenges help you transform into your best self. When I’m not teaching, some of my favorite things to do are working out, reading, snuggling with my dog, and enjoying the outdoors.

Katy Esparza, Yoga Teacher
I have been a massage therapist for 9 years. Helping others and learning the functions of the human body amazes me. I’ve studied sports therapy and ortho-massage. Being a person who always loves to try new things, I decided to try yoga. I started Bikram yoga in 2006 and fell in love with the hot room. This practice has taught me how to balance my mind and body through emotional and physical challenges.
I live life to the fullest. When I’m not in the hot room, I spend all of my spare time with family and friends. We love hiking, camping and traveling together. For beautiful eyes, look for the good in people; for beautiful lips speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are not alone.-Audrey Hepburn
