Retreat Overview

Although as a company we will forever return to Bali and carry the magic of the island, its people, and their divine culture in our hearts, we are also so excited to announce our next great adventure, “México Místico!” On this journey we will travel into the very heart of the country, to immerse ourselves in its beautiful people and mystical culture.

We will begin our journey flying into Mexico City and be transported to the enchanting little town of Tepoztlan. Tepoztlan is reminiscent of the little town in which Disney’s Coco was portrayed! Here we will stay in a holistic wellness center for four nights, well known for all the mystical “woowoo” experiences your heart could dream up! Everything from a chakra spa to Temescal (sweat lodge), labyrinth walks to sound baths, meteorite meditations and mucho mas! Also on our first full day in Tepoztlan we will head to the local markets so that you can purchase traditional Dia de Muertos alter offerings. Everything from flowers to candles, favorite foods and candies, and decorations. You will bring photos from home of your loved ones past on and spend time building your own alter to them in our private sound bath temple. We will meditate and pray, as we welcome their souls back into our presence. Your altar will stay up for them during our entire stay at this location and you will be free to visit/prayer/meditate with them throughout your time here!

After our four nights in Tepoztlan we will be transported to Mexico City where we will check in to a new hotel in the heart of this cultural capital! Throughout our 4 nights here we will explore many great treasures this beautiful culture has to offer! Here are just a few of the highlights you will visit!

Teotihuacán and hike the ancient Sun & Moon pyramids, this Mesoamerican city built between 400 B.C. and 300 A.D. remain mystically mysterious, with the true architects never identified.

Frida Kahlo Museum – Which houses an extensive collection of her work. It was also her residence which makes it even more special! A must see when in Mexico City to experience the life and work of one of Mexico’s most accomplished painters.

Basilica of Our Lady Guadalupe – A National Shrine of Mexico which house the cloak containing the image of Our Lady of Guadalupe!

Xochimilco Floating Gardens – The Venice of Mexico! Float down the canals on traditional trajinera boats while mariachi’s serenade you!

Rachelle Barry is a Certified Life, Liberation & Pleasure Coach. She has spent the last eight years and over 1,500 hours studying men, women, transformative personal development and healing. She has also studied under a Traditional Balinese Healer since first meeting him in 2012. She is passionate about assisting people in accessing their FULL potential and greatest fulfillment. She founded Holy Healing Bali along with Nicole Rideau in 2016 after retiring from her successful, yet unfulfilling, corporate career. Rachelle leads group workshops, organizes and facilitates domestic and international retreats, and provides one on one coaching for men and women in person and virtually. Rachelle spends her days playing monster trucks and t-ball with her four year old son, who she’s over the moon about. She contributes so much of her own development to what she has coined a “productively failed” marriage.  That “productively failed” marriage has also made it crystal clear in what she wants, deserves and desires in her next partnership. She is committed that any and all of her own personal struggles, suffering and life lessons are not experienced in vain, and that they serve others in her sharing, leading, and coaching.

Nicole Rideau was introduced to the healing power of Bali in 2015. A lunch date with the well-traveled Rachelle opened her eyes to the possibilities she was unable to see for 14 years. Like many, the titles of wife and mother had consumed her existence. I’m sure you’ve seen the messy bun mom running the carpool to school, volleyball, and football, her days filled with laundry, and nights spent reading about adventures in healing. Her weekends were spent helping others heal through massage, energy healing, and readings. As her children grew older and more independent she realized it was time to chase her dreams. With the help of an amazing tribe of healers, she took a leap of faith, jumping into a partnership that would lead her to Bali, leaving her forever transformed.
